		<description>this bill seems to omit the Dept. of Education. Is that because private industry doesn&#039;t really have an incentive to develop products for that [impoverished]market?  This bill, or some other, needs to promote research and broad-scale implementation of brain-training in our public schools.   An increasing proportion of our youth bears the neuro-scars of chronic poverty; i.e., chronically [stress-induced] cortisol-flooded brains.  Brain-training can ameliorate impairment resulting therefrom, and providing it through our schools ought to be a national priority.</description>
