“Sex On The Brain” by Daniel Amen is very light weight but has laser accuracy in addressing the general topic of our brains health affecting every area of our lives.

The Brain that Changes Itself by Norman Doidge

An amazing read that tells the stories of patients and scientists and their obstacles within neuroscience that were overcome. It also acts as a self-help book in a way.

Blink (Malcom Gladwell)

Proust was a Neuroscientist (Jonah Lehrer)

Both excellent books written in a “story-telling” style while containing very scientific research based material. Excellent for all readers to read otherwise intimidating and complex material…
