We are not aware of research-based programs that will help you do that, but I can suggest some resources:

- For creative/ divergent thinking: look for some of Edward De Bono's books

- For analytical/ convergent thinking: you can take some class in formal logic/ philosophy, or check out some books like The Principle of the Pyramid, Say It with Charts, The McKinsey Mind.
